Magic assets

Since the chest growth bad end ended up being interesting to me, I decided to add some new feature to the engine that can properly handle the more magicky-looking effects.
First, on December 13th, I added a generic mechanism for a "pulsating glow" effect, here applied to the collar & shackles on the player. This could be applied to texture, which meant I had to handle that too.
Then, I could implement some new effects based on the same idea - here, with the chains mechanism, that is now ethereal!
